Our Story
Kamila Brown Washington is the Founder & CEO of Kamileon Professional Development that has a global presence in Kenya, Haiti, Brazil, Chile and Honduras.
KPD hosts two online group coaching programs designed for Nonprofit Founders, The Profitable Blueprint™ and Million Dollar CEO™ . Since 2008, Kamila and her team have helped organizations, individuals and non-profits achieve financial success. Her passion for helping businesses grow in a way that is both profitable and scalable is only matched by the scores of endorsements and testimonials from her clients.
Kamila has built and developed an exemplary professional career. From overseeing a staff of 14 in addition to 90+ Volunteers to boosting sales of over $4M through strategic plans, she has taken on challenging roles across the industry and worked tirelessly to produce exceptional results. An award-winning nonprofit Strategic Business Coach, Kamila has helped and created customized playbooks for organizations like the Starbucks Foundation, United Way, AARP Foundation and Goodwill.
As an Advisor to The George Floyd Memorial Foundation, her influence has expanded their community initiatives. Her knowledge and expertise are shared regularly with her network of entrepreneurs, Nonprofit Founders and businesses through her customized packages.
